Job Description:

A global sales and marketing position in an interior design business involves promoting and selling the company’s interior design services to clients around the world. This may include developing and implementing marketing strategies, such as creating marketing materials and campaigns, establishing relationships with potential clients, and attending trade shows and other industry events. The individual in this role will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying new business opportunities. They may work closely with the design team to ensure that the company’s services meet the needs and expectations of clients. 

Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for interior design, are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s services to potential clients around the world.
    • Establishing relationships with potential clients through networking and prospecting activities.
    • Attending trade shows and other industry events to promote the company’s services and establish new business opportunities.
    • Maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
    • Working closely with the design team to understand client needs and expectations, and ensuring that the company’s services meet these needs.
    • Preparing proposals, contracts, and other materials as needed to secure new business.
    • Negotiating terms and pricing with clients to close deals.
    • Tracking and analyzing sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
    • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s services remain competitive.
    • Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
